Solid particle filtration

In systems for removing sludge or filtering solid particles from waste vegetable oils, or removing impurities and contaminants from spent plant fats manufactured by Filtereco, the best components in the world are used to ensure excellent primary and secondary filtration, thereby achieving filtration parameters of up to 1 micron.
Filtereco designs and produces solid particle filtration units that are fixed or mobile, depending on the requirements. Filtration units are used in all cases where solid particles where you want solid particles filtered off without necessarily removing the water.

This ensures the output is suitable for use on any finished product on the market.

Due to its small size, the new Easy Filter is practical to use and operates efficiently. It is a real solution to the problem of filtering oils.

 SELF-CLEANING FILTERS FOR OILS and FATS

Filtereco SELF-CLEANING FILTERS are fully automatic, able to filter continuously without the need to change the filter media over time. The self-cleaning filters are equipped with an automatic electronic control system that activates washing cycles at programmed times. This ensures a continuous cycle that keeps the filtering core perfectly clean.

SELF-CLEANING FILTERS can be fitted with sensors to continuously monitor the degree of clogging in the filter element.
These devices make it possible to prevent the filter from clogging, independently of the timer settings

SELF-CLEANING FILTERS are ideal:

  • dirt causes a high consumption of filter cartridges, and therefore greater costs
  • when there is excessive dirt in oil
  • to reduce the use of manpower
  • for filtration from 10 to 1000 μ
